You will generally be contacted 24 to 48 hours before your pickup date. Unfortunately, due to the nature of international transport, we are unable to provide an exact arrival time. Instead, we provide you with a projected arrival window. For instance, we may inform you that the carrier will arrive on January 1st between the hours of 1 pm and 4 pm. If the carrier experiences delays, such as inclement weather or a traffic jam, they will notify you immediately.
